Southern Peach Yam Bake

Southern Peach Yam Bake 

1/2 c. packed brown sugar

3 T. flour

1/2 tsp. nutmet

2 T. butter

1/2 c. chopped pecans

2 (17 oz) cans yams, drained

1 (16 oz) can sliced peaches, drained

1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Combine the brown sugar, flour, and nutmeg in a bowl; cut in the butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the pecans. Arrange the yams and peaches in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows and broil until browned.
